UBC ISU Mapping Tools Lunch & Learn

Are you or someone you know interested in learning more about Team Mapping and/ or PACC mapping? Join us for a lunch and learn session on October 12 from 11:30am – 12:15pm to find out more! We will: introduce Team Mapping (what it is, when its useful, how it works), PACC mapping (what it is, when to use it how it works), and provide an overview of ISU resources to support the implementation of Team-Based Care in clinical settings and in communities.
