Real-Time Virtual Support (RTVS) pathways enhance health equity in rural, remote, and First Nations communities across British Columbia by connecting rural healthcare providers and patients to RTVS Virtual Physicians via Zoom or telephone. There are two types of pathways—those for healthcare providers, and those for patients. Several RTVS pathways may only be accessed by physicians, physician residents, nurse practitioners, nurses, and midwives in rural, remote, and First Nations communities in British Columbia.
