The webinar focused on the “how” of team-based care through a virtual dialogue circle with five dynamic speakers. Sydney Saunders, Pharmacist with Northern Health in Dawson Creek, BC, is integrated into four private medical clinics in a co-located practice model; from Lu’ma Medical Centre, Dalena Beitel, Elders Program Coordinator and Larry Becker, Lead Medical Office Assistant are striving for excellence in culturally integrated primary health care; Darlene Arsenault, Director Primary Care Planning, has been operationalizing team-based care through a structured approach across Interior Health; and Dr. Selena Lawrie, Family Physician, has had a lot of trial and error with team-based care and is ready to share from her experience.
