High-quality, curated resources related to team-based care have been uploaded to this website. All resources have been tagged using several criteria to make them as easy to find as possible. You can search for a resource by:

1. Typing in a keyword (see ‘Keyword Search’ below).
2. Filtering by one or more criteria using the drop down options (see Filters below). Resources can be refined by using the drop down options available in the main menu. This will lead you a page of curated resources for each topic, audience or stage of development.
3. Clicking “view all resources” and selecting one or more criteria option in the bar on the left side of the search results screen (see Criteria below).

1. Keyword Search

Type in a keyword into the search bar and press enter. After you run a research, you’ll see a list of relevant resources that match your search terms. You may need to try different search terms to find what you’re looking for.

If you want to exclude a word from a search, you can type a hyphen (–) at the beginning of a word. For example while a search for “-patient engagement” will find results related to engagement, but exclude those with “patient”.

You can also search for exact words or phrases to narrow down your search results. All you need to do is place quotation marks (” “) around the desired search terms. For example “patient engagement”.
